Questions & Answers

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 1-3 days. This can vary depending on stock and workload.

If your order is urgent, please email us and we’ll do our best to prioritise shipment.

If you’re in Barcelona, you can select the local pick-up option and arrange to pass by our studio to collect your order.

Once shipped, delivery is generally 2 -5 working days in Europe and 6 – 10 days for the rest of world.

We ship worldwide from our studio in Barcelona. If your required country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us by email hello@cal-lum.co.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

To return an item, contact us at hello@cal-lum.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Please indicate the order number.

We accept payment by PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer or cash on delivery for local pickup orders in Barcelona.

In the checkout process you have the possibility to enter a discount code. Enter the code in the corresponding field & click on submit.

You can find sizing information on each item’s product page. When on the product page a sizing guide can be found within the image gallery.

Our products are manually screen-printed at our studio in Barcelona.

We use environmentally friendly water-based inks that meet stringent requirements (Oeko Tex 100 Class 1).

Our artisan printing process ensures the durability & quality of our apparel and our commitment to sustainable production.

We love our craft and each & every item is professionally screen-printed at our studio in Barcelona with care & attention to detail.
